Venue: UNO Performing Arts Center
Description: The Crescent City Sound Chorus is hosting a 3 day a cappella camp for women aged 12-26, all levels of experience are welcome! The camp is limited to 50 women, so apply soon as we expect to reach capacity.

Voice placement is required to facilitate finding out the best part (of four) for your voice.  But don't worry...we'll do that when you arrive at camp.  It's done by having you sing something simple such as Happy Birthday.  Get ready to have some fun!

Rehearsals will be held at the following locations:
  • Monday June 4, 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Delgado Community College Music Room Building 1, 3rd floor.
  • Thursday June 7, 4:00pm-6:30pm at University of New Orleans Performing Arts Center
  • Saturday June 9, 9:00am-4:00pm at University of New Orleans Performing Arts Center, followed by the performance at University of New Orleans Performing Arts Center from 4:30pm-5:30pm

Our goal is to bring the a cappella movement to Southern Louisiana.

After the Pitch Camp, attendees are invited to become members of Crescent City Sound Chorus, and will have a chance to earn a spot at the regional singing competition!
